Saving Missouri Shelties

The NSRA is currently in the process of Rescuing 32 Shelties from a Puppy Mill shutdown in Missouri. The owner became sick, and once officials got involved, the owner stopped feeding them.

With the help and TEAMWORK of several of our Affiliate groups, these dogs were quickly picked up and are now headed to safety and new lives. The dogs are all going to various East Coast Sheltie Rescue groups where they are not saturated with dogs (like the Midwest is.)
